The terms, in plain English
These cover using this website. The specific terms of any project live in your signed proposal or statement of work.
Last updated: 1 August 2026
1. Agreement
By using neurositeai.com you agree to these terms. If you engage NeuroSiteAI for work, a separate written proposal or statement of work governs that engagement and takes precedence over this page wherever the two differ.
2. Using this site
- Don't attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its API.
- Don't submit content that is unlawful, misleading or infringing.
- Don't scrape, overload or otherwise disrupt the service.
- Automated submissions to our forms are not permitted.
We may suspend access where these terms are breached.
3. Gated articles
Some articles ask for your name and email address before they open in full. There is no account and no password — providing accurate details is the only condition, and you may ask us to delete them at any time.
4. Content and intellectual property
The content on this site — text, design, code, brand marks and the visual system — belongs to NeuroSiteAI unless stated otherwise. You may read and share links to it, but not republish it as your own.
Ownership of work produced for a client is set out in that client's agreement. Our standard position is that you own the deliverables once they are paid for in full, while we retain rights to our pre-existing tools, libraries and general know-how.
5. Quotes, estimates and availability
Prices shown on this site are starting points, not offers. A binding price is confirmed in writing after scoping. Availability and timelines are subject to capacity at the time of booking.
6. Case studies and testimonials
Placeholder examples are clearly labelled as samples. Real client work and quotes are published only with that client's consent, and we do not present sample content as if it were a real engagement.
7. Third-party links
The site links to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.
8. Disclaimer and liability
This website is provided “as is”. Nothing on it is professional advice for your specific situation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of this website is limited. Liability relating to paid work is addressed in the relevant project agreement.
9. Refunds
Refunds for paid work are handled under our Refund Policy.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions go to contact@neurositeai.com.
