• Contact details you submit: name, email address and anything you write in a form.
• Project details you share, such as budget range and a description of your requirements.
• Your name and email address if you choose to unlock a gated article to keep reading.
• Basic technical data your browser sends, such as IP address and user agent, used for security and rate limiting.

There are no visitor accounts on this website, so we never ask for or store a password from you.

• To reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the project.
• To remember that you have unlocked our gated articles, and to follow up about our work.
• To protect the service from abuse, spam and automated attacks.
• To meet legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your project details to train models.

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies. The main one is a secure, HTTP-only cookie that records that you have unlocked our gated articles, so you are not asked again. It cannot be read by JavaScript. We do not set advertising cookies.

We share data only with service providers that help us operate: our database host, our object storage provider for media, and our transactional email provider. They process data on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may disclose information where required by law.

Enquiries and leads — including details given to unlock an article — are kept for as long as they are commercially relevant, and then deleted or anonymised. Records we are legally required to retain are kept for the required period.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Email us and we will action a verified request within 30 days.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS, cookies are secure and HTTP-only, staff passwords are hashed, and access to production systems is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously and will tell you promptly if a breach affects you.
