How we think about the work

Most software problems are business problems wearing a technical costume. A slow customer response isn't a missing chatbot — it's a queue nobody owns. A product that can't scale usually made a reasonable decision two years ago that stopped being reasonable.

So we start with the outcome you need and work backwards. Sometimes that means a custom model. Often it means an integration, a rewritten workflow and a week of unglamorous cleanup. We'll tell you which one it is, including when the answer is that you don't need us.

We work in short, reviewable increments so you see working software throughout rather than a reveal at the end. Scope is written down. Changes are discussed before they happen, not invoiced afterwards.

Infrastructure, chosen deliberately

We deploy on infrastructure that matches the project's scale, traffic, reliability and business requirements. For larger systems that can mean AWS with load balancing, ALB, ECS or EKS and a service-oriented architecture. For a focused internal tool it usually shouldn't. We don't promise microservices to every client — we promise the right fit and an explanation of why.
